儿童强直性肌营养不良3例临床、电生理及病理特点

     摘要：通过总结3例儿童强直性肌营养不良的临床资料，分析该病的临床表现多以肌强直、肌萎缩、肌无力为主，肌电图可显现肌源性病变，且不同部位肌肉有肌強直放电，病理特点通过苏木精-伊红染色显示肌纤维大小不等，核内和肌间核移增多，含有肌浆块纤维和核袋。
