Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of limb joint operation combined with virtual reality technology on lower limb function and balance function in patients with stroke recovery, and provide an effective method for rehabilitation of patients with stroke recovery. Methods 30 patients with stroke in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 cases in each group. Both groups underwent routine rehabilitation training. The experimental group increased the joints of the four limbs combined with virtual reality technology, and the control group increased the repetitive exercise training of the lower limbs. Before and after treatment, the modified Ashworth scale was used to evaluate the muscle tension of the quadriceps and triceps of the lower extremities. The lower limbs were evaluated by the lower limbs of the Fugl-Meyer rating scale, and the balance function was evaluated by the Berg balance scale. Results After treatment, the MAS scores of the quadriceps in the lower extremities of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment. The MAS score of the triceps was lower than that before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of MAS scores in the triceps of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer lower limb score and Berg balance function were evaluated in both groups, and the Fugl-Meyer lower limb score and Berg balance function were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Limb linkage combined with virtual reality technology can improve the function and balance function of lower limbs in patients with stroke recovery, and it is superior to traditional rehabilitation therapy.,
