新型电动振荡输血装置输注血小板临床效果观察(1)

     摘 要:目的 通过观察采用新型电动振荡输血装置输注血小板的临床效果,为科学、合理、有效地输注血小板提供参考依据。方法 选取2015年5月~2016年8月我院80例需输注血小板的患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,各40例。实验组患者使用新型电动振荡输血装置输血,对照组患者未使用新型电动振荡输血装置输血,观察两组的输血效果。结果 输血前,两组血小板含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);输血后,实验组血小板含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组输血前后血小板含量差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用新型电动振荡输血装置输注血小板的疗效更好。

    Clinical Effect of Observation of Infusion of Platelets by a New Type of Electric Oscillating Blood Transfusion Device

    Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of transfusion of platelets with a new type of electric oscillating blood transfusion device,and provide a reference for scientific,rational and effective transfusion of platelets.Methods 80 patients with platelet transfusion in our hospital from May 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases each.Patients in the experimental group were transfused with a new type of electric oscillating blood transfusion device.The patients in the control group were not transfused with a new type of electric oscillating blood transfusion device.The blood transfusion effects of the two groups were observed.Results Before transfusion,there was no significant difference in platelet content between the two groups(P>0.05).After transfusion,the platelet content of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of platelet content before and after transfusion was higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a new electric oscillating blood transfusion device for transfusion of platelets is more effective.

    隨着输血医学的发展,成分输血比例逐步提高,血小板输注已成为现代成分输血的主要内容[1]。血小板的主要功能是生理性止血,由于血小板减少引起的出血是临床常见的出血死亡原因之一,因此输注血小板已成为改善各种原因所致的血小板减少以及减少因出血所致死亡的重要手段[2]。血小板的质量受多种因素的影响,如采集、离心损伤、不适合的温度与振荡、保存条件、保存时间、运输过程、输注过程存在的操作不当等[3]。输注血小板的过程中应注重血小板的输注方法:刚开始缓慢输注,密切观察患者有无输血反应,没有输血反应的患者,在能够耐受的情况下尽快输注,速度越快越好,同时输注过程中不断摇晃,以达到止血高峰[4]。采用新型电动振荡输血装置能够有效避免输血过程中操作不当的因素,提高输血的疗效。本文通过观察采用新型电动振荡输血装置输注血小板的临床效果,为科学、合理、有效地输注血小板提供参考依据。, 百拇医药(隋春雨 蔡翔 杨敏 周冬梅)
