针刺配合拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖的临床效果观察(1)
摘 要：目的 觀察针刺配合拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖的临床效果。方法 回顾分析2017年3月～2018年3月我院接诊的36例单纯性肥胖患者临床资料，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各18例，对照组采用针刺治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合拔罐治疗，观察对比两组临床治疗疗效、治疗前后体质量、BMI、腹壁皮质厚度、不同疗程临床治愈率以及不良反应情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%，高于对照组的72.22%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者体质量、BMI、腹壁皮脂厚度均较治疗前改善，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗10次、20次、30次后观察组治愈率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺配合拔罐治疗单纯性肥胖疗效确切，临床患者体质量、体质量指数、腹壁厚度改善显著，且不同疗程临床治愈率均较高，可获得理想的治疗效果。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with cupping in the treatment of simple obesity.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with simple obesity received in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=18)and control group(n=18).The control group was treated with acupuncture，while the observation group was treated with cupping based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical curative effect，body weight before and after treatment，BMI，abdominal cortex thickness，clinical cure rate and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 88.89%，which was higher than that of control group 72.22%，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the body mass，BMI and abdominal sebum thickness of the two groups were improved，and the observation group was better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 10，20 and 30 times treatment，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with cupping is effective in the treatment of simple obesity.The clinical body weight of patients，body mass index and abdominal wall thickness of clinical patients have been improved significantly.The clinical cure rate of different courses of treatment is higher and the ideal therapeutic effect can be obtained., 百拇医药(井庆彦)
