运动疗法配合护理干预对维持性血液透析患者营养状况及生活质量的影响(1)
摘 要：目的 分析运动疗法配合护理干预对维持性血液透析患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年10月于我院行维持性血液透析的患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组给予运动疗法配合护理干预。对比两组患者的SCr、Alb、TRF、Hb等指標及RP、PF、RE、BP、VT、SF、GH等生活质量评分。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者的SCr(742.95±113.79)μmol/L、Alb(43.97±3.23)g/L、TRF(3.54±0.54)g/L及Hb(108.35±21.71)g/L均较优，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比，观察组患者的RP评分(19.42±3.23)分、PF评分(58.68±9.78)分、RE评分(29.97±6.71)分、BP评分(51.96±9.36)分、VT评分(60.95±10.88)分、SF评分(55.53±9.54)分、GH评分(38.03±7.19)分均较高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运动疗法配合护理干预有利于改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状况，提高其生活质量。
