基于知识图谱和专利地图的我国抗肝癌药物研发态势研究(1)

     摘 要:目的 基于知识图谱和专利地图对我国肝癌药物研发态势进行研究。方法 数据来源于CNKI和SPOOTAT数据库,通过专利-论文趋势曲线绘制技术与科学互动历程及趋势,通过文献频次分析产业机构和学术机构的竞争格局,通过关键词共现图分析科学与技术的前沿热点交互演进关系,利用cytospace绘制合作网络关系图,将作者团队关系可视化。结果 中国抗肝癌药物研发专利和学术论文的时间分布曲线交替上升,2000年是重要的时间节点;科学研究与技术创新基本同步,围绕细胞实验、化学成分研究、基因治疗等;中国药科大学、中国人民解放军第二军医大学在论文数量和专利数量位居榜首;大连医科大学第二附属医院的张红是领域内的核心作者,鼎泓国际投资(香港)有限公司的赵镭专利占有量最多,杨世林团队是本领域的核心团队。结论 我国肝癌药物研发处于稳定上升状态;成分研究、基因治疗是目前的研究热点;高校和科研院所是论文和专利的主要贡献者,高校与企业紧密结合产学研一体化将促进创新成果转化。

    Research and Development Situation of Anti-liver Cancer Drugs in China Based on Knowledge Map and Patent Map

    Abstract:Objective To study the research and development of liver cancer drugs in China based on knowledge map and patent map.Methods The data is derived from the CNKI and SPOOTAT databases. Through the patent-thesis trend curve mapping technology and scientific interaction process and trend, through the literature frequency analysis of the competitive landscape of industrial institutions and academic institutions, the frontier hotspots of science and technology are analyzed through keyword co-occurrence maps. Interactive evolution relationship, using cytospace to draw a cooperative network relationship diagram to visualize the author team relationship.Results The time distribution curve of Chinese anti-liver cancer drug development patent and academic papers rose alternately, 2000 was an important time node, scientific research and technological innovation basically synchronized, around cell experiment, chemical composition research, gene therapy, etc. The University of Pharmacology and the second military Medical University of the Chinese people's Liberation Army (PLA) ranked first in the number of papers and patents; Zhang Hong of the second affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University is the core author of the field,Zhao Lei International Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. has the largest number of Zhao Lei patents, and the Yang Shilin team is the core team in this field. Conclusion The research and development of liver cancer drugs in China is in a stable rising state; component research and gene therapy are the current research hotspots; universities and research institutes are the main contributors to papers and patents, and the integration of industry, university and research with universities and enterprises will promote the transformation of innovation results., 百拇医药(许 吉)
