品管圈活动在手术安全核查管理中的应用研究(1)
摘 要：目的 将品管圈活动应用在手术安全的核查管理工作中，分析应用效果。方法 选择2016年7月～12月在本医院就职的8名医护人员，开展品管圈活动，并在实施品管圈活动前后分别抽查手术例数250例和364例，统计开展品管圈活动前后的手术安全核查不合格率、目标达成率和进步率。结果 开展品管圈活动后的手术安全核查不合格率为11.00%，低于开展品管圈活动之前48.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本次品管圈活动的目标达成率及进步率分别是126.71%和77.08%。结论 在手术安全的核查管理工作中应用品管圈活动可有效降低安全核查不合格率，提高医务工作人员的安全核查意识。

Study on the Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in
Operation Safety Verification Management

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle activity in the operation safety verification.Methods From July to December 2016， 8 medical and nursing staff in our hospital were selected to carry out quality control circle activity，250 cases and 364 cases of operation were checked before and after the quality control circle activity.The unqualified rate， target achievement rate and progress rate of operation safety verification before and after the quality control circle activity were counted.Results The unqualified rate of operation safety verification was 11.00%， lower than that of 48.00% before the operation，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The achievement rate and progress rate of the quality control circle activity were 126.71% and 77.08% respectively.Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in the operation safety verification management can effectively reduce the unqualified rate of safety verification and improve the safety verification consciousness of medical staff.

手术安全核查工作是由具备执业资质的手术医生、麻醉医生以及手术室护理工作人员于实行麻醉之前、手术开始之前以及患者送出手术室之前，一起对患者的身份以及手术部位等予以核查[1]。目前，手术安全核查工作尚存在一定的不足，如手术室医护工作人员的工作认真度不够，出现一定的核查遗漏情况等，容易引发意外风险事件，导致医患纠纷等。品管圈是同一工作场所的人自发自动的组建团体，实行分工合作及解决问题，有助于将医疗安全相关管理工作水平提升。将品管圈应用于手术安全核查工作中具有重要意义，为提升手术安全，保证手术患者的生命安全，本选择2016年7月～12月在本医院就职的8名医护人员，评估将品管圈活动实行在手术安全的核查管理工作中的应用效果。
1 资料与方法
