基于聚类和关联规则的中医治疗月经先期用药规律探讨(1)
摘 要：目的 应用聚类和关联规则对中药复方治疗月经先期的用药规律进行探究。方法 收集并筛选收录于CNKI数据库的治疗月经先期的方剂，建立中药复方治疗月经先期文献数据库，使用Excel 2016，SPSS 22.0以及SPSS Modeler软件进行频数频率分析、聚类分析和关联分析。结果 共收集中医治疗月经先期的文献569篇，筛选后得到321首中药复方和255味中药；治疗月经先期的核心药物有白芍、生地黄、当归、牡丹皮、白术、熟地、黄芪等。对核心药物进行聚类分析，形成8个聚类组合。通过关联规则分析共得19条药对及药组关联规则。结论 中药复方治疗月经先期的用药规律以补中益气，养阴清热，凉血止血，疏肝解郁，补血调经为主；白芍、当归、生地黄、牡丹皮可作為治疗月经先期的基础药物。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound in the treatment of preceeded menorrhea by clustering and assosciation rules. Methods The prescriptions for the treatment of advance menstruation were collected and screened in CNKI database， and the database of TCM compound for the treatment of preceeded menorrhea was established. Frequency analysis， cluster analysis and association analysis were carried out by using Excel 2016，SPSS22.0 and SPSS Modeler software. Results A total of 569 articles of Chinese medicine for the treatment of menstrual disease were collected. After screening， 321 Chinese herbal medicines and 255 Chinese herbal medicines were obtained. The core drugs for the treatment of menstruation were white peony root， Radix Rehmanniae， Angelica sinensis， Cortex Moutan， Atractylodes macrocephala， Rehmannia glutinosa and Radix Astragali. The core drugs were clustered and analyzed to form 8 cluster combinations. A total of 19 drug pairs and drug group association rules were obtained through association rule analysis. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment of menstruation in the early stage of medication to Buzhong Yiqi， nourishing yin and clearing heat， cooling blood to stop bleeding， Shugan Jieyu， blood and menstruation； white peony， angelica， rehmannia， peony bark can be used as the basis for the treatment of menstrual early drug.

月经周期提前7日以上，甚至10余日一行，连续两个周期以上者，称为“月经先期”，亦称“经期超前”“经行先期”“经早”“经水不及期”等[1]。月经先期的病因病机，主要是气虚和血热。气虚则统摄无权，冲任不固；血热则热扰冲任，伤及胞宫，血海不宁，均可使月经先期而至。中医讲究辨证论治，气虚、血热应补虚或补中气，或清热凉血，或养阴清热。近年来，许多医者运用中医理论，结合临床实验，深化中医对月经先期的认识，使得中医治疗月经先期更具有客观性和科学性。本文通过对近20余年中医复方治疗月经先期的文献的整理和归纳，运用数据挖掘相关技术，探究其用药规律，从而为中医临床治疗月经先期的处方用药提供依据。
1资料与方法
1.1文献来源 中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)医药卫生科技类，1998年5月10日～2018年5月10日关于中药复方治疗月经先期的相关文献。
