羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼的效果评价(1)
摘 要：目的 观察羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼的临床效果。方法 选取2016年7月～2018年5月我院收治的糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者90例，参照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组采用术后常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗，对比两组BUT、Slt、FL评分、干眼症症状评分。结果 观察组治疗后BUT为(10.21±0.59)s、Slt为(10.28±2.37)mm/5min，对照组分别为(8.76±0.52)s、(8.37±1.87)mm/5min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后FL为(0.97±0.53)分，干眼症症状评分为(0.52±0.23)分，低于对照组的(2.69±0.54)分、(0.91±0.37)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗可有效改善糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者干眼症状，缩短泪膜破裂时间，促进泪膜稳定恢复。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution on postoperative dry eyes in diabetic patients combined with cataract.Methods From July 2016 to May 2018， 90 diabetic patients combined with cataract who had postoperative dry eyes in our hospital were selected.According to the random list method， the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative therapy， the observation group was treated with carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution on the basis of the control group， the BUT，Slt，FL score and the dry eye symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment，the BUT of the observation group was (10.21 ±0.59)，Slt (10.28 ±2.37) mm/5min， the control group was (8.76 ±0.52) s， (8.37 ±1.87) mm/5min，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of FL and dry eye symptom in the observation group were (0.97 ±0.53) and (0.52 ±0.23) respectively， which were lower than those in the control group (2.69 ±0.54) and (0.91 ±0.37)， respectively，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution can effectively improve the dry eye shape， shorten the time of tear film rupture and promote the stable recovery of tear film in diabetic patients combined with cataract.

糖尿病合并白內障发生与晶状体内糖代谢紊乱有着重要关系，多采用白内障超声乳化超摘除术进行治疗，且具有切口小、角膜散光少及术后并发症少等特点[1]。但由于术后泪膜破裂将对泪膜不稳定性造成影响，易产生视物模糊、烧灼感、干燥感等干眼症症状，随着病情发展将产生角膜穿孔，甚至诱发失明，严重影响患者术后日常生活及健康[2]。因此，术后采取有效措施对患者进行治疗尤为重要。羧甲基纤维素钠眼液是一种泪液，可在一定时间内保证眼部水分，改善患者临床症状[3]。本研究对我院90例糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼症患者进行研究，探讨采用羧甲基纤维素钠眼液治疗该病的效果，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料 选择2016年7月～2018年5月南昌爱尔眼科医院眼科收治的90例糖尿病合并白内障术后干眼患者，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组中男26例，女19例，年龄40～68岁，平均年龄(57.89±6.72)岁；病程2～15周，平均病程(7.81±3.24)周。观察组中男28例，女17例，年龄40～79岁，平均年龄(57.91±6.74)岁；病程2～16周，平均病程(7.83±3.25)周。两组患者性别、年龄及病程等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可对比性。, 百拇医药(杨秋艳)
