上海市闵行区卫生监督政务微信需求调查(1)
摘要:目的 了解上海市閔行区卫生监督管理相对人微信使用现状,为闵行区卫生监督政务微信的建立提供科学依据。方法 按区域抽取卫生监督管理相对人240人进行问卷调查,分析微信使用现状以及对政务微信号的需求态度。结果 72.28%的人使用微信大于2年(P<0.01);62.38%的人喜欢的信息形式主要为图文结合(P<0.01);喜欢每周推送2~3次,占47.52%(P<0.05);76.24%的人有空才看(P<0.01);阅读时间主要为1~3 min,占48.51%(P<0.01);每天总浏览时长<1 h的占84.16%(P<0.01);61.39%的人认为消息的质量是微信信息最重要的部分(P<0.01);92.08%的人愿意关注政务微信公众号(P<0.01)。结论 闵行区卫生监督管理相对人愿意关注卫生监督政务微信,但要注重推文质量,增强信息传播的有效性;完善服务功能,提高卫生监督政务微信的实用性。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of the use of WeChat in the health supervision and management of Minhang District, Shanghai, and to provide a scientific basis for the establishment of Minhang District Health Supervision Government WeChat. Methods According to the regional survey of 240 people in the health supervision and management, a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the current situation of WeChat use and the demand attitude of government micro-signals. Results 72.28% of people used WeChat for more than 2 years (P<0.01); 62.38% of the people liked the information form mainly for graphic and textual combination (P<0.01); liked to push 2~3 times per week, accounting for 47.52% (P<0.05); 76.24% of the people were free to see (P<0.01); the reading time was mainly 1~3 min, accounting for 48.51% (P<0.01); the total daily browsing time <1 h was 84.16% (P<0.01). 61.39% of people think that the quality of the message is the most important part of WeChat information (P<0.01); 92.08% of people are willing to pay attention to the government WeChat public number (P<0.01). Conclusion Minhang District Health Supervision and Management Relatives are willing to pay attention to the health supervision government WeChat, but pay attention to the quality of the tweet and enhance the effectiveness of information dissemination; improve the service function and improve the practicality of the health supervision government WeChat., 百拇医药(孙亚飞)
