流式细胞术研究细胞增殖的方法与技术(3)
3总结
细胞增殖的检测时评估细胞功能的重要实验，相对常用的比色法MTT，CCK-8等，流式细胞术最大的优势在于多色，多参数的检测，可以实现增殖和其他指标的同时检测，或混合样品中特定细胞群体的增殖检测。本文介绍的几种增殖检测试剂，染色原理不同，使用的激光检测通道也有所差异，实验者可根据流式细胞仪激光配置及实验的具体方案进行选择。随着多色流式检测技术的不断发展，从同一份样本获取更多的生物学信息是今后的必然趋势。
