制作颊侧多曲簧的牙用不锈钢丝的性能分析(1)

     摘要:目的 通过测试并比较480℃加热退火处理的四种不同品牌,直径为φ0.8 mm牙用不锈钢丝的电镜断口形貌和拉伸断裂机制,为临床选用适宜的牙用不锈钢丝制备颊侧多曲簧提供一定的参考。方法 选用弯制颊侧多曲簧的直径为φ0.8 mm的上齿牌、上海康桥牌、锋棱牌、上海荣祥牌的牙用不锈钢丝,应用万能拉伸仪测量比较四种材料480℃加热退火后的拉伸试验、金相组织微观测试及EDX能谱分析。结果 四种不同品牌的牙用不锈钢丝在480℃加热退火处理下,直径为φ0.8 mm锋棱牌牙用不锈钢丝拉伸能力最好,电镜观察见韧窝大小不一,深浅有别,Ni含量最高,更适合临床弯制颊侧多曲簧。结论 直径为φ0.8 mm锋棱牌牙用不锈钢丝较其他品牌牙用不锈钢丝,更适合弯制颊侧多曲簧,可考虑临床应用。

    Abstract:Objective To test and compare the electron microscopic fracture morphology and tensile fracture mechanism of four different brands of dental stainless steel wire with diameter φ0.8 mm heated and annealed at 480℃, and prepare the buccal multi-curve for the clinical selection of dental stainless steel wire. The spring provides a certain reference. Methods The upper teeth of the curved cheek side multi-curved spring with diameter φ0.8 mm, Shanghai Kangqiao brand, Fengling brand, Shanghai Rongxiang brand dental stainless steel wire were selected, and the four materials 480℃ were measured by universal tensile tester. Tensile test after heating and annealing, metallographic microstructure microscopic test and EDX spectrum analysis. Results Four different brands of dental stainless steel wire were heated and annealed at 480℃. The diameter of φ0.8 mm was the best for the stainless steel wire. The electron microscopic observation showed that the dimples were different in size and different in depth. The highest Ni content is more suitable for clinically curved buccal multi-curved springs. Conclusion The φ0.8 mm diameter ribbed stainless steel wire is more suitable for bending the buccal multi-curved spring than other brands of dental stainless steel wire, which can be considered for clinical application.

    临床应用的颊侧多曲簧活动矫治器是一种有效治疗乳、替牙期AngleⅢ类错牙合及牙性、骨性偏牙合畸形的活动矫治器[1-3],可促進上颌向前发育,抑制下颌生长,可导致下颌功能性后退。相比较于传统活动矫治器,颊侧多曲簧活动矫治器在发挥功能矫治器作用的同时,还附加了颊侧多曲簧的机械力量。矫治器通过上、下颌托将上颌和下颌形成一个整体[4],以颊侧多曲簧的弹力形成近远中方向颌间交互支抗作用力,不仅作用于某一个牙齿,而是对上、下颌牙列整体同时作用[5]。但在临床应用中我们发现,因不锈钢曲簧丝的材质特性,在患儿佩戴过程中,颊侧多曲簧在口内开闭口循环应力作用下常出现疲劳断裂现象,而重新制作还要耗费大量时间,这一现象便中断了矫治的连接性,延长了矫治疗程,增加了患儿及家长的复诊次数,同时也增加了医生和技师的工作时间和劳动量。目前市场上有多种品牌的牙用不锈钢丝材料,从外观上我们无法判断其材质在弯制颊侧多曲簧时所产生的优劣。就这种情况,我们选用市场上常用的直径为φ0.8 mm的上齿牌、上海康桥牌、锋棱牌、上海荣祥牌的牙用不锈钢丝,应用万能拉伸测力仪测量比较四种材料480℃加热退火处理后的拉伸试验、电镜扫描断口形貌试验及能谱分析,为临床选用适宜的不锈钢丝材料制备颊侧多曲簧提供指导。, http://www.100md.com(史雅绒 王培军 徐实谦)
