中医治未病思想结合降压药物预防老年高血压患者肾损害疗效观察(1)
摘要：目的 观察老年高血压在中医治未病思想下应用降压药物治疗对肾损害的预防作用。方法 选取2017年1月～2018年8月我院收治的老年高血压患者92例，采用随机数表法分为两组，各46例。对照组单纯予以降压药物干预，观察组应用降压药物+中医未病思想干预。比较两组血压、肾功能[尿微量白蛋白(UmAlb)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)及尿β2-微球蛋白(Uβ2-MG)]。结果两组干预2个月血压水平均较治疗前降低，且观察组降幅大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预2个月UmAlb、Uβ2-MG低于对照组，Ccr高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年高血压患者，应用中医治未病思想与降压药物进行干预利于降低血压水平，预防肾损害。

Abstract：Objective To observe the preventive effect of antihypertensive drugs on renal damage in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 92 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups， 46 cases each.The control group was treated with antihypertensive drugs alone， and the observation group was treated with antihypertensive drugs + traditional Chinese medicine to prevent ideological intervention. Blood pressure and renal function UmAlb， creatinine clearance (Ccr) and urinary β2-microglobulin (Uβ2-MG) were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group， the UmAlb and Uβ2-MG were lower than the control group for 2 months. Ccr was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the elderly patients with hypertension， the application of TCM treatment and antihypertensive drugs to prevent blood pressure levels and prevent renal damage.

高血壓前期人群属于高血压进展的重点人群，特别是老年患者。相关研究指出，高血压患者大多合并程度不一的肾损害，尽早进行科学有效的干预，改善生活方式，调整日常饮食，可起到一定的预防作用[1，2]。中医治未病思想来源于《黄帝内经》，主张未病先防，防患于未然，将其应用于老年高血压肾损害预防指导过程中，并结合降压药物进行干预，可在一定程度上维护患者健康[3]。本研究探讨了中医治未病思想与降压药物联合应用预防老年高血压患者肾损害的疗效，现报道如下。
1资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选取2017年1月～2018年8月成都中医药大学第三附属医院收治的老年高血压患者92例，采用随机数表法分为两组，各46例。本研究经我院医学伦理委员会批准，患者及其家属对本研究均知情，并签署知情同意书。观察组男25例，女21例;年龄60～85岁，平均年龄(73.34±2.57)岁。对照组男24例，女22例;年龄60～87岁，平均年龄(73.43±2.62)岁。比较两组一般资料，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比较性。, http://www.100md.com(张晓燕)
