甘草油口腔干预护理预防危重患者口腔感染的效果观察(1)
摘要：目的 探讨甘草油口腔干预护理预防危重患者口腔感染的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年12月在我院住院的危重患者96例，随机分为甘草油护理组和常规护理组，各48例。常规护理组采用生理盐水擦拭、漱口;甘草油护理组采用甘草油涂于口腔内。比较两组患者口腔异味、真菌感染、退苔例数及牙周健康状况，观察两组患者干预前后口腔pH值、口腔评分。结果 甘草油护理组发生异味、真菌感染例数少于常规护理组，退苔例数多于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘草油护理组菌斑指数、牙龈指数为(1.27±0.34)、(1.14±0.21)，低于常規护理组的(2.93±0.42)、(2.26±0.37)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘草油护理组口腔pH值、口腔评分为(7.01±0.43)、(10.02±2.01)分，高于于常规护理组的(6.37±0.36)、(6.85±2.61)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用甘草油对危重患者进行口腔护理，可有效维护患者口腔健康，降低口腔感染、异味发生率，改善患者牙周健康状况，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of oral intervention of licorice oil on oral infection in critically ill patients. Methods A total of 96 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the licorice oil nursing group and the routine nursing group， 48 cases each. The routine nursing group was wiped with saline and rinsed; the licorice oil care group was applied to the oral cavity with licorice oil. The oral odor， fungal infection， number of deciduous cases and periodontal health were compared between the two groups. The oral pH and oral scores of the two groups were observed before and after intervention. Results The number of odor and fungal infections in the licorice oil nursing group was lower than that in the conventional nursing group. The number of deciduous cases was more than that in the conventional nursing group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The plaque index and gingival index of the licorice oil nursing group were (1.27±0.34)， (1.14±0.21)， lower than (2.93±0.42) and (2.26±0.37) in the conventional nursing group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); oral pH value of the licorice oil nursing group， oral cavity scores were (7.01±0.43) and (10.02±2.01)， which was higher than that of the conventional nursing group (6.37±0.36) and (6.85±2.61)，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of licorice oil to oral care of critically ill patients can effectively maintain the oral health of patients， reduce the incidence of oral infections and odors， and improve the periodontal health of patients.
