品管圈活动在提高慢性肾功能不全患者个体化饮食执行率中的应用(1)
摘要:目的 探讨品管圈活动对提高慢性肾功能不全个体化饮食执行率中的效果。方法 根据“护肾”自愿原则,以提高慢性肾功能不全患者个体化饮食执行率为主题,于2016年12月成立品管圈小组,由10名肾内科护士组成,进行现状调查,原因分析,制定相关改进措施,组织实施。结果 开展品管圈活动后,饮食执行率由实施前的38.00%提高到78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。目标达成率114.32%,进步率105.30%。活动后各圈员解决问题、责任心、沟通与协调、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、协调程度等能力均提高,尤其是自信心与团队凝聚力两方面提高最明显。结论 开展品管圈活动可以提高慢性肾功能不全患者饮食执行率,促进持续改善慢性肾功能不全患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the individualized diet implementation rate of chronic renal insufficiency.Methods According to the voluntary principle of "protecting the kidneys", in order to improve the individualized diet implementation rate of patients with chronic renal insufficiency, a quality control circle group was established in December 2016, consisting of 10 nephrology nurses. Carry out the status quo investigation, analyze the causes, formulate relevant improvement measures, and organize implementation.Results After the quality control circle activities were carried out, the dietary implementation rate increased from 38% before implementation to 78%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The target achievement rate was 114.32%, and the progress rate was 105.30%.After the event, the ability of each circle to solve problems, responsibility, communication and coordination, self-confidence, team cohesion, enthusiasm, quality control methods, coordination degree, etc., especially the improvement of self-confidence and team cohesion.Conclusion Conducting quality control circle activities can improve the dietary implementation rate of patients with chronic renal insufficiency and promote continuous improvement of the quality of life of patients with chronic renal insufficiency.

慢性腎功能不全(chronic renal failure,CRF)最常见的并发症是营养不良,严重营养不良被认为是CRF的一个独立的危险因素。通过合理的饮食指导、科学的计算方法对改善慢性肾脏病非透析患者的营养不良具有重要意义。个体化饮食是指根据患者的肾小球滤过率或肌酐清除率进行评价,坚持低盐、低脂、优质、低蛋白饮食的准则,制定维持达到理想体重的营养治疗方案[1]。品管圈(QCC)是指工作场所中工作性质相同、相似或相关的人,自动、自发组成团队,运用品管手段,通过全体参与、集思广益的方式,解决工作中存在的问题,达到提高管理水平的目的[2]。为提高慢性肾功能不全患者饮食执行率,我院肾内科于2017年9月~2018年2月开展了以“护肾圈”为圈名,“提高慢性肾功能不全患者个体化饮食执行率”为主题的品管圈活动,取得圆满效果。现报道如下。, 百拇医药(李松波 童赟 陈裕美)
