PDCA循环对于病案质量管理效果的影响(1)
摘要：目的 研究PDCA循环对病案质量管理产生的效果。方法 将2016年5月～8月我院实施PDCA循环管理前的100份病历设为对照组，对病历书写当中存在的质量问题进行分析，并且找出针对性的措施。将2016年9月～12月实施PDCA循环管理后的100份病历设为实验组，比较两组住院病案质量评分、返修率及病案甲级率。结果 实验组病案质量评分为(96.38±3.72)分，病案筛查返修率为2.00%均优于对照组的(92.55±3.88)分、11.00%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组病案甲级率为98.00%高于对照组的88.00%，差异有统计学意义(？字2=7.6805，P=0.0056)。结论 PDCA循环对于病案质量管理效果显著，能够提升病历书写的质量，降低筛查返修率。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of PDCA cycle on the quality management of medical records. Methods From May to August 2016， 100 medical records before the implementation of PDCA cycle management in our hospital were set as the control group， and the quality problems existing in the medical record writing were analyzed， and targeted measures were found. The 100 medical records after the implementation of PDCA cycle management from September to December 2016 were set as experimental groups， and the quality scores of the inpatient medical records， the repair rate and the grade A of the medical records were compared. Results The quality score of the medical record was (96.38±3.72)， and the screening rate of the screening was 2.00%， which was better than that of the control group (92.55±3.88) and 11.00%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of grade A in the experimental group 98.00% was higher than that in the control group 88.00% which was statistically significant (χ2=7.6805，P=0.0056).Conclusion The PDCA cycle has a significant effect on the quality management of medical records， which can improve the quality of medical records and reduce the rate of screening and repair.

病案質量管理在整个医疗服务全过程当中都有明显的体现，能够反映出医院的整体的管理水平和医疗质量，因此，对病案质量管理进行优化能够明显提升医院的安全管理。PDCA循环也被叫做循环管理系统，其具有标准化的优势，科学性比较强，在医院、企业的管理当中能够发挥巨大的作用[1]。本次就病案质量管理当中应用PDCA循环的效果进行研究，现报告如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料 将2016年5月～8月西南医科大学附属中医医院病案统计室实施PDCA循环管理前的100份病历设为对照组，对病历书写当中存在的质量问题进行分析，并且找出针对性的措施。将2016年9月～12月实施PDCA循环管理后的100份病历设为实验组。
1.2方法 在PDCA循环管理实施前 病案室采用三级质控法进修和控制病案质量，建立三级质量控制网络，成立病案管理委员会，各个临床科室的主任对全员的病案管理工作进行领导和协调。在各个临床科室当中，质控医师负责病案一级质控，对科室运行的病历和出科病室的质量控制进行负责;二级质控由质控科进行负责，对病历的各个环节质量监控工作进行负责。, http://www.100md.com(丁琦)
