糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、转铁蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白的检测及意义(1)

     摘要:目的 探究糖尿病腎病患者尿微量白蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、转铁蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白的检测及意义。方法 选取2017年11月~2018年11月我院接收的310例糖尿病肾病患者设为糖尿病肾病组,另选240例健康体检者设为健康体检组,分别进行尿微量白蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、转铁蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白的检测,比较两组以上指标检测结果。结果 糖尿病肾病组经过检测后尿微量白蛋白(90.18±20.06) mg·L-1、免疫球蛋白G(9.15±2.89) mg·L-1、转铁蛋白(6.11±1.58) mg·L-1和视黄醇结合蛋白(3.21±1.69) mg·L-1均高于健康体检组的尿微量白蛋白(9.11±2.15) mg·L-1、免疫球蛋白G(2.46±0.12) mg·L-1、转铁蛋白(0.49±0.22) mg·L-1、和视黄醇结合蛋白(0.63±0.12) mg·L-1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病肾病组尿微量白蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、转铁蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白阳性率均高于健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 尿微量白蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、转铁蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白的联合检测拥有着极高的诊断质量,将其用于临床的辅助诊断之中,有利于帮助检测人员获取患者更多疾病诊断的早期依据,对于患者疾病治疗效果的提升也有着积极的推动作用。

    Abstract:Objective To explore the detection and significance of urinary microalbumin, immunoglobulin G, transferrin and retinol binding protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods From November 2017 to November 2018, 310 patients with diabetic nephropathy received by our hospital were enrolled in the diabetic nephropathy group, and 240 healthy subjects were selected as the physical examination group. The urine microalbumin and immunoglobulin G were separately administered. The detection of transferrin and retinol binding protein was compared between the two groups. Results In the diabetic nephropathy group, urine microalbumin (90.18±20.06) mg·L-1, immunoglobulin G (9.15±2.89) mg·L-1, transferrin (6.11±1.58) mg·L-1 were detected and retinol binding protein (3.21±1.69) mg·L-1 were higher than the urine microalbumin (9.11±2.15) mg·L-1 and immunoglobulin G (2.46±0.12) mg·L-1 in the healthy examination group, transferrin (0.49±0.22) mg·L-1, and retinol-binding protein (0.63±0.12) mg·L-1, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The micro-urine,the positive rates of albumin, immunoglobulin G, transferrin and retinol binding protein of diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in healthy subjects (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of urinary microalbumin, immunoglobulin G, transferrin and retinol binding protein has a very high diagnostic quality, which can be used in clinical auxiliary diagnosis, which helps the tester to obtain patients more.The early basis of multi-disease diagnosis has a positive effect on the improvement of patients' disease treatment., 百拇医药(王然 佟成媛)
