摘要：学科建设水平直接反映了医院竞争力强弱和整体水平高低，加强医院临床重点学科建设对于实现由临床型向科研型医院转向尤为重要。本文总结了天津市胸科医院实施学科建设近五年的措施和成效，医院通过实施一系列激励政策及管理办法，加大投入，提高科研激励力度，加强人才引进与培养，加强亚学科建设和多学科协作融合，促进合作交流，从而提高科研产出，推动人才梯队建设，提升了各学科水平和医院学科影响力。重点学科数量和水平稳步增长，为下一步学科建设提供了有价值的参考。
