摘要：医院职能部门通过信息化管理手段进行管理，采用C/S架构，研发了针对职能部门目标任务的全程可追溯管理系统。本文简单介绍了此系统的各功能模块及应用效果。此系统针对医院职能部门目标管理工作，系统实施后有效提高职能部门工作效率，实现了对职能部门目标任务的全程可追溯管理，为考评工作提供客观依据，对医院职能部门的目标管理評价提供数据支撑。
