基于超星学习通平台的妇产科学混合式教学模式探讨(1)
摘要:目的 探讨妇产科学混合式教学改革模式。方法 选取两个教学班的120名全日制影像医学专业本科生,采用病例对照研究方法,试验组(60人)借助超星学习通平台,进行妇产科学混合式教学模式探索;对照组(60人)采用传统教学模式。对两组的期末成绩、调查问卷评教和评学情况进行比较。结果 试验组期末成绩(71.09±8.64)分与对照组期末成绩(73.98±8.15)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 调查问卷分析结果显示,试验组评教和评学情况方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于超星学习通平台的妇产科学混合式教学模式,通过线上和线下相结合的教学,激发学生的自主学习能力,为医学院校的临床课程教学模式改革提供了一个可操作的案例。

Abstract:Objective To explore the hybrid teaching reform model of obstetrics and gynaecology.Methods 120 undergraduate students of full-time imaging medicine in two classes were selected. The case-control study method was used. The experimental group (60 people) used the superstar learning platform to explore the mixed teaching mode of obstetrics and gynecology. The control group (60 people).Adopt the traditional teaching mode. The final scores, questionnaire evaluation and evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The final scores of the experimental group (71.09±8.64) were compared with the final scores of the control group (73.98±8.15),the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the experimental group evaluated and evaluated the situation. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the superstar learning platform, the mixed teaching mode of obstetrics and gynaecology, through the combination of online and offline teaching, stimulates students' independent learning ability, and provides an operable case for the reform of clinical curriculum teaching mode in medical colleges.

《婦产科学》是一门涉及面广、实践性强的学科。随着现代医学的发展,目前临床教学面临招生规模大,病例少的突出问题。培养一名优秀的医学生,不仅要有扎实的医学理论,还要具备基本的职业素养,即临床能力、沟通技能和伦理学修养。传统的课堂讲授已无法满足学生需求,无法适应时代变化,这就迫切要求教师的教学方式做出相应的改变。探求新的教学方式方法,提高教学质量,是当前妇产科教学工作中亟待解决的问题。“互联网+”促进了传统行业的大变革、大发展、大融合,同样推动了教育领域的变革和创新。国家出台的《教育信息化“十三五”规划》提出要将信息化技术引入教育教学活动过程中。同时大量互联网大品牌也热情地参与到在线教育领域,开发了可以运用于移动端教育功能的APP。因此,结合移动端形式的“在线学习”与面授课的“面对面教学”的混合式教学模式成为新的教学形态。本文以西安医学院《妇产科学》课程为例,借助超星学习通平台,探讨妇产科学混合式教学模式,为医学院校的临床课程教学模式改革提供可操作的案例。, http://www.100md.com(赵巧 相萌 兰凯)
