手术室护士职业倦怠感与隐性缺勤相关性的调查分析(1)
摘要:目的 调查手术室护士职业倦怠感与隐性缺勤的现状并分析两者之间的相关性。方法 对我院在职185名手术室护士进行问卷调查,调查内容包括个体一般资料、Maslach工作倦怠量表、斯坦福隐性缺勤问卷(SPS-6),对所得数据进行单因素分析及Pearson相关性分析。结果 手术室护士职业倦怠总分为(63.94±14.50)分,各维度得分依次为情感衰竭(24.61±9.13)分,去人格化(7.34±7.32)分,个人成就(31.87±5.34)分,SPS-6量表总分为(17.25±3.15)分,隐性缺勤与职业倦怠、情感衰竭、去人格化呈正相关(r=0.235~0.453,P均<0.05),与个人成就感呈负相关(r=-0.473,P<0.05)。结论 职业倦怠是影响手术室护士隐性缺勤的因素,随着职业倦怠程度的增加,隐性缺勤的程度越大。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of occupational burnout and recessive absenteeism in operating room nurses and analyze the correlation between them. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 185 operating room nurses in our hospital. The survey included general general data, Maslach job burnout scale, and Stanford hidden absenteeism questionnaire (SPS-6). Univariate analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were performed on the data.Results The total score of occupational burnout in the operating room nurses was (63.94±14.50). The scores of each dimension were emotional failure (24.61±9.13), depersonalization (7.34±7.32), personal achievement (31.87±5.34); The SPS- 6 total score of the scale was (17.25±3.15). The recessive absenteeism was positively correlated with burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization (r=0.235~0.453, P mean<0.05), which was negatively correlated with personal achievement (r=-0.473,P<0.05). Conclusion Burnout is a factor affecting the implicit absenteeism of nurses in the operating room. As the degree of burnout increases, the degree of recessive absenteeism increases.

健康生产力是衡量工作效率的常用指标,健康生产力的受损会对员工的工作效率产生直接影响。健康生产力(health related productivity)受损[1]包括因病缺勤 (absenteeism)和隐性缺勤(sickness presenteeism,SP)。SP是指受慢性疾病或其他健康方面因素困扰的员工,本应该休息或离开工作岗位,但仍然带病坚持上班,从而导致其工作效率下降,最终致使生产力受损的工作状态[2]。隐性缺勤导致的生产力受损主要与个人因素和组织相关因素有关,包括工作负担过大、精神压力过重、人际关系紧张、自评健康以及工作满意度等[3]。有研究[2]发现,医务人员中隐性缺勤的发生率要显著高于其他职业。因此,为了探讨职业倦怠对健康生产力受损所产生的影响,本研究于2018年8月对我院手术室护士进行问卷调查,旨在探索国内三甲医院手术室护士职业倦怠与隐性缺勤的现状,为管理者对护理人员隐性缺勤现状采取干预措施提供参考。
1对象与方法
1.1研究对象 选取华中科技大學同济医学院附属协和医院2018年7月以前入职的所有在职手术室护士185人,年龄21~55岁,平均年龄(35.22±1.56)岁;其中男性27人,占14.59%;女性158人,占 85.41%;职称分布:主任护师1人,副主任护师4人,主管护师41人,护师59人,护士80人;学历:硕士7人,本科133人,专科45人。排除标准:①调查期间在外院进修人员;②病假、事假护士。, 百拇医药(杨慧 肖瑶)
