妇炎消胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床研究(1)
摘要：目的 研究婦炎消胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2017年12月～2018年12月在我院诊治的104例细菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各52例。对照组采用硝呋太尔制霉素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服妇炎消胶囊，观察两组治疗总有效率、临床症状(白带减少、外阴瘙痒消失、阴道疼痛消失、黏膜充血消失)时间、不良反应及复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%，高于对照组的78.84%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白带减少、外阴瘙痒消失、阴道疼痛消失、黏膜充血消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应;观察组复发率为1.92%(1/52);低于对照组的13.46%(7/52)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇炎消胶囊联合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎疗效确切，可在短时间内减轻患者临床症状，且复发率低，用药安全，值得借鉴应用。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Fuyanxiao Capsule combined with nifuratel in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.Methods A total of 104 patients with bacterial vaginosis who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 52 cases each.The control group was treated with nifuratel serotonin. The observation group was treated with Fuyanxiao Capsule on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate and clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed.(The leucorrhea decreased， the genital itching disappeared， the vaginal pain disappeared， and the mucosal congestion disappeared)Time， adverse reactions and recurrence rates.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%， which was higher than that of the control group 78.84%，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The leucorrhea decreased， the genital itching disappeared， the vaginal pain disappeared， and the mucosal congestion disappeared shorter than the observation group. In the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); no significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups; the recurrence rate was 1.92% (1/52) in the observation group and 13.46% (7/52) in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyanxiao Capsule combined with nifuratel for the treatment of bacterial vaginitis is effective.
