运用PDCA循环法提高手术室护士术毕整理执行率的效果分析(1)
摘要:目的 探讨PDCA循环法在提高手术室护士术毕整理执行率中的效果。方法 2018年1月3日我院组建CQI小组,开展按PDCA循环法提高手术室护士术毕整理执行率的活动。术毕整理执行率低的主要问题包括:手术间常规物品未按“手术间物品定位放置要求”归位放置、手术间垃圾分类未按要求分类(包含利器盒未正确使用)、手术间术毕各种仪器设备表面有灰尘或血迹、公用体位垫术毕未送返体位间。导致术毕整理执行率低的主要原因是:缺少平面图和标识、缺乏术毕整理考核制度、缺乏术毕整理规范、培训不到位。结果 术毕整理执行率由改善前71.20%提高至改善后96.41%,目标达成率为168.62%。结论 运用PDCA循环法,有效提高了手术室护士术毕整理执行率,有效地规范手术间整理,提高护士的自律性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method in improving the implementation rate of nurses in operating room.Methods On January 3, 2018, the CQI team was established in our hospital to carry out activities to improve the implementation rate of the nurses in the operating room according to the PDCA cycle method. The main problems in the low implementation rate of the operation include: the routine items in the operation room are not placed in accordance with the "positioning requirements for the placement of the surgical room", the classification of the garbage in the operation room is not classified according to the requirements (including the correct use of the weapon box), and the operation room is completed. There are dust or blood stains on the surface of various instruments, and the common body position is not returned to the body position. The main reasons for the low implementation rate of the surgery are: lack of plan and logo, lack of finishing review system, lack of finishing rules, and lack of training.Results The implementation rate of the operation was improved from 71.20% before improvement to 96.41% after improvement, and the target achievement rate was 168.62%.Conclusion The PDCA circulation method is used to effectively improve the implementation rate of the nurses in the operating room, effectively standardize the inter-operative finishing and improve the self-discipline of the nurses.

PDCA模式由美國质量管理专家戴明博士根据客观规律总结提出,是广泛应用于质量管理的标准化、科学化的循环体系[1]。PDCA循环法管理是由计划(plan)、实施(do)、检查(check)和处理(action)4个阶段组成,能促进管理工作由传统的经验管理向科学管理发展[2]。手术室是挽救患者生命的重地,对消毒隔离要求尤为严格[3]。术后整理是手术室护士工作职责之一,是手术室护理工作的一项重要内容。大多数医护人员通常认为术前准备与术中配合是手术室工作的核心,忽视了术后整理工作的重要性[4]。提高术毕整理的执行率不仅为下台手术的顺利进行创造了良好的前提条件,为患者提供安全可信的就医环境,为赢取宝贵的抢救时间奠定了坚实的基础,为员工提供规范整洁的工作环境。本研究将PDCA循环法应用于提高手术室护士术毕整理执行率,显著提高了护理工作的环节质量,取得了较好的效果,现报告如下。, http://www.100md.com(高峥 杨小慧 李航)
