某基层医院护士急救能力培训需求分析(1)
摘要：目的 了解基层医院护理人员对急救能力的培训需求，为基层医院护理人员开展急救知识和技能培训方案提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对某县级基层医院的141名护理人员对急救培训的内容和方式的需求进行调查。结果 6项急救能力需求中，认为“非常需要”比例占最大的项目为“解决问题”“配合协作”“发現问题”能力需求，其中“技术操作”“理论联系实际”“发现问题”3项“需要”比例大，分别为55.32%、51.06%、47.52%。护士期望的培训方式则以示范教学和短期培训(14.12%)、情景模拟(12.57%)、经验交流(10.83%)为主。不同学历之间的技术操作、不同科室之间的配合协作需要程度比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。专科学历护士对技术操作的需求程度高于本科学历护士，普通病房和急诊护士对配合协作能力的非常需要程度均高于ICU，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 发现问题在急救能力需求中受到关注，基层护士需要发现疾病问题的能力，也是早期开展急救工作的关键。专科学历护士对技术操作的需求程度较高，普通病房和急诊护士对配合协作能力的需求程度较高，基层护士对急救能力培训方式期望程度依次为示范教学、短期培训、情景模拟、经验交流、案例分析、专题讲座、上级进修等。

Abstract：Objective To understand the training needs of nurses in primary hospitals for first aid ability， and to provide evidence for first-aid knowledge and skills training programs for nursing staff in primary hospitals. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the needs and content of first-aid training for 141 nursing staff in a county-level primary hospital. Results Among the six first-aid capability requirements， the projects with the largest proportion of "very much need" were considered to be "solving problems"， "cooperating with collaboration" and "discovering problems"， including "technical operations"， "theoretical connection with reality" and "discovering problems". The proportion of "needs" is 55.32%， 51.06%， and 47.52%， respectively. The training methods expected by nurses are mainly demonstration teaching and short-term training (14.12%)， scenario simulation (12.57%)， and experience exchange (10.83%). The technical operation between different academic qualifications and the coordination and cooperation between different departments required the degree of difference，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of demand for technical operation of nurses with specialist degree is higher than that of undergraduate nurses. The degree of need for coordination and collaboration among general wards and emergency nurses is higher than that of ICU，the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The problem has been noted in the need for first aid capabilities， and the ability of primary nurses to identify disease problems is also key to early first aid work. Undergraduate nurses have a higher level of demand for technical operations. The general ward and emergency nurses have a higher level of need for collaboration. The level of expectation of primary nurses for first aid training is demonstration teaching， short-term training， scenario simulation， and experience exchange，case studies， special lectures， advanced training， etc., 百拇医药(章翀 罗俊敏 聂蓉)
