一种可温显、定时和恒温的新型艾灸盒的研制(1)
摘要：本文重在介绍针对传统火艾灸盒容易烫伤人体的缺点，提出一种可自动恒温的新型艾灸盒，同时具有显示温度和计时等功能。新型艾灸盒利用双金属片受热膨胀系数不同导致形变的原理，设计双金属片和栅格片控温结构进行恒温，采用温度传感器检测艾灸盒内的温度，并通过单片机来实现温度显示和定时功能，采用温差发电片利用艾灸盒内外的温差发电为控制系统提供辅助电源，实现了自主定时和定时提醒功能，更加便捷靈活的实现恒温和温度显示。该设计方案合理可行，具有成本低廉、结构简单、节能环保、实用性强的优点，切实提高了灸法的实用性和安全性，更加人性化。

Abstract：This article focuses on the shortcomings of the traditional fire moxibustion box which is easy to burn the human body. A new type of moxibustion box that can be automatically thermostated is proposed， and it also has functions such as display temperature and timing. The new moxibustion box utilizes the principle that the bimetal plate is deformed by different thermal expansion coefficients to design the bimetal and grid temperature control structure for constant temperature. The temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature inside the moxibustion box， and the temperature display is realized by the single chip microcomputer. And the timing function， using the temperature difference power generation piece to use the temperature difference inside and outside the moxibustion box to generate auxiliary power for the control system， realizes the self-timed and timed reminding function， and realizes the constant temperature and temperature display more conveniently and flexibly. The design scheme is reasonable and feasible， and has the advantages of low cost， simple structure， energy saving and environmental protection， and strong practicability， which effectively improves the practicability and safety of the moxibustion method and is more humanized.

随着医学模式的转变、老龄化社会的到来以及健康观念的改变，社会对中医养生的需求发生了重大的变化，中医养生与保健的地位和作用日益被认可。在大力发展大健康产业的新形势下，艾灸养生有着很好的市场发展前景[1-4]。目前市场上艾灸盒产品丰富，式样繁多，但临床艾疗中还存在很大的安全隐患，传统木质艾灸盒在使用时疗效判断标准还存在着很大的主观性、盲目性、随意性，不利于艾灸技术的规范化操作和疗效评价[5-7]。现今，新型改良艾灸盒[8-10]不断出现，在一定程度上改善了艾疗时的安全性，改进传统落后的艾灸盒具势在必行。
1一种新型艾灸盒的研制
艾灸疗法是中医学的重要组成部分，在治疗疾病和预防保健方面发挥了特别的作用。临床上用途广泛的普通木质艾灸盒，是通过在艾灸盒四周设计通风孔等比较被动而粗略的方式去控制艾灸工作时的温度，无法有效解决老年人和糖尿病患者皮肤感受器敏感性下降而易烫伤等问题[11，12];另外，传统艾灸盒常在灸治一段时间后灸条缩短致倾倒，因此而引发火灾的情况频频出现。
新型艾灸盒在传统木质艾灸盒上进行改良，利用双金属片受热膨胀系数不同导致形变的原理来设计双金属片[13，14]和栅格片控温结构，更加便捷灵活的实现恒温;并结合微电子电路设计显示屏实现在艾灸时温显、定时，从而直接的解决艾灸盒治疗中患者易被烫伤的问题。同时新型改良艾灸盒内设有一个热能能量采集器，能将艾灸工作时的温差产生的能量转换为电能，供给控制电路电源，从而避免了使用电池带来的环境污染和更换电池的不便。艾灸在使用一段时间后缩短至警戒线后实现警报提醒，使新型艾灸盒更人性化、更实用、安全性更高。, http://www.100md.com(李菲菲 臧蕾 李欣荣)
