摘要：目的 探究奥深联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法 选取2017年4月～2018年1月我院收治的慢性湿疹患者86例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各43例。对照组给予口服左西替利嗪外涂尤卓尔治疗，观察组给予口服左西替利嗪外涂奥深治疗，对比两组治疗后的皮损面积及严重程度(EASL)总积分及临床疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组EASI积分低于对照组[(9.66±1.34)分vs(15.31±3.42)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.02%，高于对照组的74.42%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 奥深联合左西替利嗪在慢性湿疹的治疗中疗效显著，具有较高的临床应用价值。
