两种不同固定方法治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的临床研究(1)
摘要：目的 比较切开复位钢板内固定与闭合复位外固定架固定治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法 选择2018年1月～12月我院收治的62例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者，随机分为常规组和治疗组，各31例。常规组患者接受闭合复位外固定架固定治疗，治疗组患者接受切开复位钢板内固定治疗，比较两组手术效果，患者掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨茎突与尺骨茎突距离。结果 治疗组掌倾角、尺偏角均大于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组桡骨茎突与尺骨茎突的距离为(1.40±0.21)cm，大于常规组的(0.90±0.11)cm，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组手术效果优良率为77.42%，高于常规组的45.16%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相较于闭合复位外固定架固定治疗，切开复位钢板内固定治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的疗效更佳，患者掌倾角、尺偏角以及桡骨茎突与尺骨茎突距离的恢复效果较好。

Abstract：Objective The clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with closed reduction and external fixation for the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.Methods 62 patients with unstable distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the treatment group， 31 cases each. The recovery of the patient's palm tilt angle， ulnar angle and the distance between the styloid process and the ulnar styloid process better.
