经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者VAS及ODI评分的影响(1)

     摘要:目的 探讨经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及脊柱功能障碍指数(ODI)的影响。方法 选择2017年1月~2019年1月在我院进行经皮椎体成形术的OVCF患者63例,评估患者手术前后椎体前部高度、Cobb角、VAS、ODI评分及并发症发生率。结果 术后椎体前部高度及Cobb角均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后VAS评分及ODI评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);63例患者术后住院期间均无感染、血管栓塞发生,骨水泥渗漏发生率为9.52%。结论 经皮椎体成形术治疗OVCF效果较好,安全性高,可恢复椎体前部高度,矫正后凸畸形,有效缓解患者疼痛,改善脊椎功能障碍。

    Effect of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty on VAS and ODI Scores in Patients

    with Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty on visual analog scale (VAS) score and spinal dysfunction index (ODI) in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). Methods A total of 63 patients with OVCF who underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled. The anterior vertebral height, Cobb angle, VAS, ODI score and complication rate were evaluated before and after surgery. Results The height of anterior vertebral body and Cobb angle were lower than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative VAS score and ODI score were lower than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 63 patients had no infection and vascular embolization during hospitalization. The incidence of bone cement leakage was 9.52%. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty is effective in the treatment of OVCF. It has high safety and can restore the height of the anterior vertebral body and correct the kyphosis. It can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the vertebral dysfunction.

    骨質疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)是因患者骨质疏松引起的骨质脱钙及骨小梁结构异常,由于患者存在骨质疏松症状,脊柱受到轻微外力时,就会出现压缩性骨折[1]。临床治疗OVCF多采用手术疗法,传统的手术治疗造成创伤大,导致患者术后恢复慢。近年来,经皮椎体成形术开始应用于OVCF,取得较好的疗效[2]。本研究选取了63例骨质疏松性椎体压缩患者,进一步探讨经皮椎体成形术对其应用价值,报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(刘长志)
