Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between body mass index and blood uric acid, blood lipid and TCM syndromes. Methods A retrospective analysis of the physical examination data of 5912 medical examinees who underwent a physical examination in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 was divided into 223 cases of underweight group, 3048 cases of normal group, 2087 cases of super-recombination, and 554 groups of obesity according to BMI For example, compare the abnormal rate of dyslipidemia and uric acid in each group, analyze the relationship between BMI and lipids, uric acid, and the characteristics of TCM syndromes of overweight and obese people of different genders. Results The abnormal rate of dyslipidemia and uric acid in the obese group>super reorganization>normal group>underweight group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Ordered logistics regression analysis showed that abnormal blood lipids and uric acid were risk factors for abnormal BMI. In the analysis of syndromes, the pathology and disease location are sorted in descending order of frequency. The results are: male overweight: wet>phlegm> yin deficiency>qi stagnation>heat>yang deficiency, kidney>liver>lung>spleen>stomach>meridian;female overweight patients: wet>yin deficiency>qi stagnation>phlegm> qi deficiency>yang deficiency, liver> kidney>ribs and bones>meridian>stomach>spleen; male obesity: wet>phlegm>heat>qi stagnation>yin deficiency>blood stasis, liver>kidney>lung>spleen>stomach>musculoskeletal;Female obesity: wet>qi stagnation>yin deficiency> phlegm>qi deficiency>yang deficiency, liver>kidney>musculoskeletal>cell palace>stomach>spleen. Conclusion Abnormal blood lipid and uric acid are risk factors for overweight and obesity. In obese and overweight people, the common disease syndromes are liver and kidney, the common disease syndromes are dampness, phlegm, yin deficiency, and stagnation., http://www.100md.com(张富 傅凯莉)
