摘要：目前，信息化建设已成为医院提高服务效率、优化管理水平、降低运营成本、提升医疗质量的重要手段，将信息技术科学合理的应用于医院日常运营，可有效促进医院综合实力的提升，进而推进医院更好更快地发展，为广大城乡居民提供提供优质、高效、便捷的医疗服务。本文以专科医院信息化建设为例，总结该院发展现状与不足，策划信息化建设思路和解决方案，积极探索专科医院信息化发展新思路、新方法、新举措，旨在建成线上互联网服务平台和线下一体化的医疗信息平台。
