我国体检中心管理的热点与发展趋势(1)
摘要：目前，我国缺乏专业化的健康体检机构或科室，体检中心对人员素质培训和人力资源管理缺乏切实有效的措施，其科学管理仍是一项非常严峻的任务。本文从质量管理、规范化管理、信息化管理、人性化管理、护理风险管理、医院感染管理以及精细化管理等方面分析我国体检中心管理的热点，指出其发展方向将由健康体检向健康管理转变，大数据的互联网健康体检和健康管理将成为健康管理的新趋势，慢病管理也逐步成为健康管理的重要内容。体检中心应在人员培训、核心竞争力提升以及服务模式创新等方面加大力度，依托大数据、精细管理和磁性服务促进体检中心的可持续发展。

Abstract：At present， my country lacks specialized health examination institutions or departments， and physical examination centers lack effective measures for personnel quality training and human resource management. Its scientific management is still a very serious task. This article analyzes the hot spots in the management of health examination centers in my country from the aspects of quality management， standardized management， information management， humanized management， nursing risk management， hospital infection management， and refined management， and pointed out that its development direction will change from health examination to health management. Data-based Internet health examination and health management will become a new trend in health management， and chronic disease management will gradually become an important part of health management. The physical examination center should increase its efforts in personnel training， core competitiveness improvement and service model innovation， and rely on big data， fine management and magnetic services to promote the sustainable development of the physical examination center.

隨着我国老年人的增长和人口老龄化趋势的加剧，包括医院体检中心在内的各种体检中心逐步建立并形成规模，集“健康管理、健康体检、保健咨询”于一体的综合服务模式正在成为主流，对健康体检中心的管理也已成为当务之急。本文剖析了我国医院体检中心管理的现状与存在的问题，分析其发展趋势，以期为常态化疫情防控形势下我国健康体检中心的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。
1我国医院体检中心管理现状及存在的问题
2000年以前，我国一直都没有专业化健康体检机构或科室，体检业务存在普遍的问题。2002年开始，成都四川(西藏)华西普济医院以“准专业化体检中心”进行探索，初步制订了规划、业务标准、服务流程和工作规范[1]。2004年，国内开始建立医院健康体检中心[2]。从我们利用《中国生物医学文献数据库》在“中文标题”字段中检索“体检中心 AND 管理”的319篇体检中心管理论文来看，国内一些体检中心先后实施了规范化管理、质量管理与质量控制、信息化管理、人性化管理与风险管理、精细化管理，但体检中心的管理上依然存在着一些问题，如部分体检中心对人员素质培训和人力资源管理缺乏切实有效的措施，导致体检中心导诊人员和医护人员与病人及其家属间的纠纷依然存在特别是新冠肺炎疫情形势下我国大多数体检中心存在业务停摆、员工停工现象，应对新冠肺炎等突发公共卫生事件的能力明显不足，线下体检与线上健康咨询的组合服务明显滞后。健康体检中心目前没有完善的管理办法及行业标准，体检项目的针对性不强，内部管理混乱等问题严重制约着该行业的发展[3]。随着医疗制度改革，作为技术服务的附加服务越来越被病人重视，从而给导诊护士带来新的挑战与压力[4]。客观地看，随着医院和社区体检中心的建立和发展，体检中心的管理已日趋科学、合理、规范。, 百拇医药(何卫宁)
