全程整体化无缝护理模式在肠造口患者中的应用(1)
摘要：目的 觀察在肠造口患者中的应用全程整体化无缝护理模式效果。方法 选取2018年3月～2019年3月在我院诊治的60例肠造口患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施全程整体化无缝护理模式，比较两组患者造口自护能力(健康知识、自我护理技能、自我责任感)评分、并发症(造口周围皮炎、造口脱垂、造口旁疝、造口狭窄)发生情况以及生活质量(社会与生活、生理与心理)以及护理满意度。结果 观察组健康知识、自我护理技能、自我责任感评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组造口周围皮炎、造口脱垂、造口旁疝、造口狭窄发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程整体化无缝护理模式在肠造口患者中效果较好，可提高患者自我护理能力和护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量水平。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of applying the whole-process integrated seamless nursing model in patients with enterostomy.Methods A total of 60 enterostomy patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method， with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopts conventional nursing care， and the observation group implements a whole-process integrated seamless nursing model. Comparing the two groups of patients' stoma self-care ability (health knowledge， self-care skills， self-responsibility) score， complications (periostomy dermatitis， stoma prolapse， parastoma hernia， stoma stenosis) occurrence and quality of life (society and life， physiology and psychology) and nursing satisfaction.Results The health knowledge， self-care skills， and self-responsibility scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of periostomy dermatitis， stoma prolapse， parastoma hernia， and stoma stenosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%， which was higher than 80.00% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process integrated seamless nursing model is effective in patients with enterostomy， which can improve patients' self-care ability and nursing satisfaction， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve the quality of life of patients., http://www.100md.com(叶燕冰 颜梅烟 叶秋莺)
