摘要：铁死亡是以细胞内铁积累和脂质过氧化为特征的细胞死亡形式。铁死亡在许多疾病的病理中起着至关重要的作用。铁死亡涉及多种生理和病理过程，包括癌症、缺血再灌注损伤和急性肾损伤等。研究表明其在慢性肾脏病中的潜在作用也不能忽视，在多种肾病的发生发展过程中可出现不同程度的铁超载及脂质过氧化等铁死亡特征，目前成为慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)研究的重点领域。基于此，本文总结了近年来对铁死亡调节机制的研究进展，并重点介绍了其在CKD发病和进展中的作用，以期为慢性肾脏病的治疗提供新思路。
