弱视发病机制及眼底微循环改变的研究进展
摘要:弱视是儿童视觉发育期单眼或双眼视力低下的常见眼病之一,其发病率高,对儿童视力威胁大,临床上以屈光参差性及屈光不正性弱视为主。弱视主要由视觉剥夺或异常的双眼交互作用而引起,其视网膜及脉络膜无明显器质性病变。当前,随着检查仪器的发展、进步,可以客观地了解视网膜、脉络膜的微观结构性变化,且发现弱视眼与视力正常眼存在差异。本文主要就光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术对屈光参差性弱视患儿的视网膜及脉络膜的微循环变化进行综述。关键词:光学相干断层扫描血管成像;屈光参差性弱视;微循环
