摘要：鸡血藤含化学成分复杂，具有抗肿瘤活性成分，显现出良好的抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用，对抗肿瘤研究具有重要意义。本文就鸡血藤活性成分提取工艺及其抗宫颈癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、肺癌的药理作用和肿瘤细胞的相关死亡通道进行系统综述，以掌握鸡血藤活性成分提取工艺技术及抗肿瘤药理学研究进展，以此为鸡血藤药用资源的开发利用及为后续的抗肿瘤研究提供理论依据。
