基质金属蛋白酶9及整合素α5β1与胃癌的研究现状
摘要:胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。胃癌患者主要的死亡原因是肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移,这也是影响治疗方式的一个重要潜在因素。基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)是一种蛋白水解酶,通过调节肿瘤细胞的迁移、血管生成和肿瘤微环境的形成,以此影响胃癌的发生发展。另外,整合素α5β1可以通过影响细胞骨架重排、细胞粘附和MMP-9的产生来调节癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。本文主要综述MMP-9和整合素α5β1在胃癌侵袭、转移、肿瘤血管生成中的机制,为胃癌的预防、诊断和治疗提供思路。关键词:胃癌;基质金属蛋白酶9;整合素α5β1;肿瘤微环境
