摘要：基层卫生信息化是由县域内各医疗卫生机构建设业务信息管理系统和信息平台组成的业务协同和数据共享平台。我国基层卫生信息化主要表现为信息系统快速普及、互联互通得到加强、业务应用丰富多样的快速发展，各省份的信息化建设也颇具特色。但基层医疗卫生机构存在的卫生信息化技术和管理理念落后、人才缺乏、投入不足、硬件建设不全、信息化程度低等医学问题也在基层卫生信息化建设过程中暴露出来。本研究旨在了解延安市基层医疗卫生机构医疗资源基本情况，初步探讨信息化对卫生服务效能的影响，以期为促进延安市医疗卫生事业提供一定的指导思路。
