摘要：视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)作为常见的可致盲的视网膜血管疾病的一种，对人类的视力健康造成巨大的威胁。近年来，全球的专家学者对RVO的发病机制、临床表现等进行研究，现提出以雷珠单抗、阿柏西普、贝伐单抗、康柏西普等抗血管内皮生长因子(抗VEGF)药物行玻璃体腔内注射作为一线治疗方案，以糖皮质激素玻璃体腔内注射作为二线治疗方案，同时以激光治疗、玻璃体切除术等手术治疗加以辅助。本综述对目前RVO的治疗方法进行归纳总结，以期对RVO患者的诊疗提供更多实质性的参考意见。
