摘要：原发性肝细胞性肝癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤，因其具有较高的恶性程度、转移率、复发率和死亡率，对患者生存预后造成了严重影响。整合素参与众多肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移和血管生成，逐渐成为研究肝癌的热门靶点。探索整合素在肝癌发病机制中的作用，利用整合素探针进行靶向诊断和治疗，可有效降低肝癌的死亡率。本文就整合素在肝癌中的作用机制进行综述，以期为肝癌的研究及治疗提供参考。
