ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对胃癌细胞抑制作用及防治研究
摘要:胃癌在全球最普遍被诊断的癌症中排名第4,而且在所有癌症中死亡率排名第2,被视为国际上最重要的健康危机之一。遗传、生活环境、饮食习惯等诸多因素都会导致胃癌的发生。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3PUFAs)具有多种生物活性功能,并且在癌症的防治方面发挥着重要作用。目前,ω-3PUFAs在防治胃癌中作用及应用是这方面研究的热点。本文综述了ω-3PUFAs抑制胃癌细胞的作用及其机理、ω-3PUFAs预防及治疗胃癌等方面的研究,以期为ω-3PUFAs治疗胃癌的进一步研究提供思路。关键词:ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸;胃癌;抑制活性;化疗;DHA;EPA
