摘要：针对创伤患者制定的死亡预测模型对急诊室评估其危重状态起到了巨大作用。目前临床实践已证实了解剖模型、生理模型及综合评分模型均存在着因为本身特点造成预测能力不足和对老年患者群体使用价值不高的问题。本文从模型分类、模型构成、实际应用效果及老年人群特异性方面总结模型在不同创伤背景下的临床特点和模型研究现状，旨在帮助临床医师选择和使用更加适合不同机制创伤和老年患者群体的预测模型，提高抢救成功率。
