MAOA基因与精神分裂症的关系研究

     摘要:精神分裂症是一种慢性精神疾病,目前关于精神分裂症的病因尚未明确,但遗传因素在精神分裂症的发展中起到关键作用。现有效的抗精神病药物都是多巴胺受体阻断剂在起作用,而单胺氧化酶A(MAOA)可通过氧化脱氨作用降解胺类神经递质,进一步探究MAOA及其基因多态性与精神分裂症之间的关联,对揭示精神分裂症发病机理有重要意义。基于此,本文主要从生物学特征、功能作用、单核苷酸多态性等方面对近年来MAOA基因与精神分裂症之间的关系进行综述,以期为临床治疗精神分裂症提供参考。

    Abstract:Schizophrenia is a chronic mental illness, the etiology of schizophrenia is not clear, but genetic factors play a key role in the development of schizophrenia. Currently, effective antipsychotic drugs act as dopamine receptor blockers, and monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) can degrade amine neurotransmitters through oxidative deamidation.
