摘要：远程应急会诊系统平台的建设对于应急医疗救助，优质医疗资源共享有重要的现实意义。本文提出系统应遵循实时性、稳定性、易用性、开放性和扩展性原则，概括系统主要功能模块，包括患者病情资料获取与展示、远程视频会议建立、系统数据及人员权限后台管理，并结合5G核心技术提高远程视频会议的流畅性，且支持移动端和PC端，以期解决基层医疗资源紧张的问题。
