摘要：目的" 观察硒酵母片、左甲状腺素钠片联合维生素D治疗桥本甲状腺炎(HT)伴甲状腺功能减退症患者的临床效果。方法" 选取2019年1月-2021年4月我院收治的60例HT伴甲状腺功能减退症患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组予以硒酵母片+左甲状腺素钠片治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合维生素D治疗，比较两组血游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-ab)、25羟维生素[25(OH)VD]水平。结果" 治疗12周后，研究组FT4、25(OH)VD水平高于对照组，TPO-ab、TSH水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论" 在左甲状腺素钠片、硒酵母片基础上，联合维生素D治疗可降低HT伴甲状腺功能减退患者过氧化物酶抗体水平、改善患者甲状腺功能。
