摘要：脓毒血症是ICU患者死亡的主要原因。由于脓毒血症表现形式的多样性，临床医生在脓毒血症患者的预后和管理方面面临着严峻挑战。血乳酸检测较为方便、经济、安全，常用于临床感染性疾病的治疗指导中。深入探讨血乳酸浓度及乳酸清除率与脓毒血症之间的关系，可帮助指导临床决策，降低患者的死亡率，改善患者的预后。本文主要对血乳酸水平、乳酸清除率在脓毒血症预后方面的研究进展进行综述，探讨两者评估脓毒血症患者预后的临床意义与价值，以期为临床医师诊治脓毒血症提供帮助。
