摘要：红细胞沉降率(ESR)是指红细胞在一定条件下沉降的速率，是临床一种常规的检验项目。目前，血沉广泛应用于疾病的辅助诊断，并且对疾病的早期发现与治疗有重要的临床意义。但是随着检验技术的不断发展，红细胞沉降率检测仪器、方法越来越多，检测结果之间也存在一定差异。为了更好地应用红细胞沉降率对临床疾病进行诊断和治疗，本文以下对红细胞沉降率在检验工作中的应用与进展进行综述，以期为临床疾病的诊断提供可靠参考依据。
