    摘要：国家自然科学基金是推动科技体制改革，促进学科建设，支持基础研究的基金资助项目。随着国家对该项目的高度关注及投入的资金数量越来越多，国家自然科学基金项目已成为各大医院、高校、研究所争相申报的重点。本文通过对医院近年申报国家自然科学基金出现的问题进行分析，并收集相应的对策与改进建议，并对当下前沿的项目管理过程进行总结，以期为医院申报国家自然科学基金项目提供帮助。
