    摘要：目的? 探究眼瞼成形术后医院感染的危险因素，并提出护理措施。方法? 选取2018年12月-2021年12月佳木斯市中心医院接受眼睑成形术治疗的60例患者，按照术后医院感染的发生情况分为感染组(15例)与非感染组(45例)，比较两组年龄、性别、手术方式、手术时间、术前抗菌药物治疗、术后抗菌药物使用时间、术后遵医嘱率，分析眼睑成形术后医院感染的危险因素。结果? 感染组与非感染组手术方式、手术时间、术前抗菌药物治疗、术后抗菌药物使用时间、术后遵医嘱率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic线性回归分析显示，手术方式、术后抗菌药物使用时间、术后遵医嘱率是引起眼睑成形术后医院感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论? 眼睑成形术后医院感染的危险因素包括手术方式、术后抗菌药物使用时间及术后遵医嘱率，需针对性加强其围术期护理，以降低患者的术后感染风险。
