NF-κB通路与动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究进展
苟园 杨彬摘要:动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一种常见的慢性炎症性疾病,也是心血管疾病最常见的原因之一,已然是全球心血管疾病死亡主要因素之一。目前已知多种细胞与分子参与了AS的形成与发展,但机制尚不明确。NF-κB作为一种炎性反应调控因子,其调节的生物过程十分广泛。近年来有研究表明,NF-κB信号通路在AS发生、发展的数个阶段(包括氧化应激反应、内皮细胞损伤、平滑肌增生迁移等众多病理生理过程)中起关键作用。基于此,本文就NF-κB信号通路及其抑制剂在AS发病机制中的调控作用与相关机制作一综述。
