摘要：目的" 分析腺病毒抗原阳性患者在建德市的流行病学特点。方法" 采集2021年9月-2023年8月来建德市第一人民医院40 646例发热患者的鼻咽部拭子标本，用免疫胶体金法对患者的鼻咽部拭子标本进行腺病毒抗原检测，并对阳性结果进行回顾性分析。结果" 2021年9月-2023年8月腺病毒抗原检测结果阳性患者596例，占总发热人数比例为1.47%。其中2021年9月-2022年8月腺病毒抗原检测结果阳性患者377例，在本年发热患者中所占比例为2.24%；2022年9月-2023年8月阳性患者219例，占本年发热患者比例为0.84%；总体的阳性率呈现降低趋势。以年龄为分组进行分析发现，年龄≤12岁的腺病毒感染阳性率高于年龄>12岁的腺病毒感染阳性率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以季节为分组分析发现，春夏季节的腺病毒感染阳性率高于秋冬季的腺病毒感染阳性率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论" 近两年来建德市人腺病毒抗原检测阳性患者在发热患者中所占比例呈现降低趋势，建德市人腺病毒感染与年龄分布和季节更替有关。
